Welcome to Moveezo. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of moveezo.com and any related Moveezo websites, applications, or booking channels (together, the “Platform”), operated by Moveezo (“Moveezo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By browsing the Platform, creating an account, or making a booking through moveezo.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform or make a booking.
Moveezo operates worldwide, serving travellers across 140+ countries in 13 languages. These Terms apply to every visitor and customer regardless of location, alongside any service-specific rules described in Section 6 and any additional terms provided by individual airlines, hotels, car rental companies, or local transport operators at the time of booking.

For most services, Moveezo acts as an intermediary platform: we connect you with independent third-party suppliers, such as taxi and transfer operators, airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and event or package providers (collectively, “Suppliers”), who are ultimately responsible for delivering the travel service you book. Moveezo is not the airline, hotel, taxi operator, or car rental company itself, unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of booking. Full details of each Supplier's own terms will be presented to you, or made available, before you confirm a booking.
• “Platform” means moveezo.com and any associated Moveezo websites, apps, or booking tools.
• “Services” means airport taxis and transfers, flights, hotels, car rentals, events, and travel packages offered for booking through the Platform.
• “Supplier” means the third-party airline, hotel, taxi or transfer operator, car rental company, or event/package provider that actually delivers the Service you book.
• “Booking” means a confirmed reservation made through the Platform for one or more Services.
• “You” or “User” means any person who visits the Platform, creates an account, or makes a Booking, including on behalf of other travellers.
• You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to make a Booking on the Platform.
• When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account, including bookings made on behalf of other travellers, and must ensure that anyone you book for is aware of and agrees to these Terms.
• Moveezo may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or unlawfully.

• A Booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email, reference number, or equivalent notice from Moveezo or the relevant Supplier.
• You are responsible for checking that all details in your Booking — including names, travel dates, flight numbers, pick-up locations, and passenger counts — are accurate before confirming.
• Some Bookings are subject to Supplier availability and are not guaranteed until the Supplier itself confirms the reservation.
• Moveezo will send booking confirmations and important travel updates to the email address or phone number provided at the time of booking; please ensure this information is kept up to date.
• Prices displayed on the Platform include the charges disclosed at checkout and may be shown in your local currency for convenience; the currency actually charged will be confirmed before payment.
• Additional charges, such as local taxes, tourist fees, fuel surcharges, or Supplier-specific fees — may apply and, where known, will be disclosed before you confirm your Booking.
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. Moveezo does not store full payment card details on its own servers.
• Prices may change based on availability, demand, and currency fluctuations and are not guaranteed until a Booking is confirmed.
Cancellation, amendment, and refund conditions vary by Service and Supplier and will be shown to you before you confirm your Booking. As a general principle:
• Some fares, rates, and rentals are non-refundable or carry change fees, while others allow free cancellation within a specified period.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
• Where a Supplier cancels, delays, or materially changes a Service (for example, a flight cancellation or hotel overbooking), Moveezo will support you in seeking an appropriate remedy from the Supplier, subject to the Supplier's own policies and applicable law.

When using the Platform, you agree that you will not:
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information when creating an account or making a Booking.
• Use the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorised purpose, including speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform, its systems, or other users' accounts.
• Scrape, copy, or reuse Platform content, pricing, or availability data for a competing commercial service without our written permission.
• Book on behalf of a third party without their knowledge and agreement to these Terms.
We reserve the right to cancel Bookings, suspend accounts, or refuse service where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
• You must provide accurate flight numbers and pick-up details so that your transfer can be tracked and adjusted for delays where this service is offered.
• Waiting times, luggage allowances, and child-seat availability vary by operator and destination and will be shown at the time of booking.
• Local transfer and taxi operators are independently owned and operated; Moveezo arranges the booking but does not itself provide the vehicle or driver unless stated otherwise.
• Airfares are subject to the fare rules, baggage policies, and conditions of carriage of the operating airline, which apply in addition to these Terms.
• Passenger names must match the identification document to be used for travel; name changes after booking may not be possible or may incur airline fees.
• Moveezo is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by the airline, but will assist you in understanding your options.
• Room rates, cancellation windows, and check-in/check-out times are set by the hotel and displayed before you confirm your Booking.
• Some hotels may require a security deposit or valid payment card at check-in for incidental charges; this is separate from the amount paid to Moveezo.
• You must meet the rental company's minimum age, licence, and payment card requirements, which vary by country and vehicle category.
• Insurance, mileage limits, and fuel policies are set by the rental company and will be presented before booking.
• The rental agreement you sign with the rental company at pick-up governs the use of the vehicle and takes precedence over these Terms for that Service.
• Bookings tied to specific events (such as major sporting tournaments) are subject to the event organiser's own entry, ticketing, and rescheduling policies, in addition to Supplier terms for any flights, hotels, or transfers included.
• Where a package combines multiple Services (for example, flight, hotel, and transfer), each component may carry its own cancellation and change conditions, which will be set out at booking.
Moveezo works with independent Suppliers to fulfil your Booking. While we take care in selecting the Suppliers we work with, we do not own, operate, or control them, and we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, or quality of service of any Supplier. Any dispute regarding the actual delivery of a Service (for example, a driver's conduct, a hotel's condition, or an airline's schedule change) should first be raised with the Supplier directly, and our support team is available to help facilitate that process.
The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Moveezo and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial booking purposes only, and may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without our prior written consent.
The Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moveezo makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moveezo's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with a Booking or use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid to Moveezo for the relevant Booking. Moveezo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including missed connections, loss of enjoyment, or costs arising from a Supplier's acts or omissions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
You agree to indemnify and hold Moveezo, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, save where local consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will first be addressed through our customer support team; if unresolved, either party may pursue the matter through the courts of England and Wales or, where applicable, an alternative dispute resolution service available in your region.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, or legal requirements. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date, and material changes will be highlighted where required by law. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
