Airlines’ live fares for your route are compared and presented in order of price, time, or stops. Select flights, inspect the fare rules and baggage policy, add passengers, and pay. The entire flight booking process will only take a few minutes.

Begin at the basic level of search, then expand your search. Consider the flexible date option to see if posting your departure one day or two earlier or later will result in a cheaper fare, and look at the other airport options that might pop up, as they are likely to offer lower-cost flights on the same route. It is better to do a comparison search across multiple airlines than checking airline flight booking sites one at a time. There’s no universal guideline for every route! Seats on busy seasonal routes are more likely to increase in price as they sell out, and booking several weeks or months in advance will give you more choice than a last-minute booking. In addition, there are variations in pricing based on the route, the season, and the carrier’s own inventory management techniques. We recommend that you conduct your search for a few days, not a set number of days.

All of the fares shown include charges that are disclosed during checkout. Service fees, local taxes, tourist taxes, fuel surcharges, etc. may be added to the ticket cost at some destinations. If we know of them, they are listed in advance of your booking. Fares for optional extras, such as checked baggage, seat selection and priority boarding, will be presented separately in the fare details.

If you’re not quite sure about the time to arrive for a domestic flight, make sure to follow the instructions from your airline and departure airport. Allow adequate time for check-in, baggage collection, security screening, and boarding.

There is no extra charge imposed at the payment stage, as our service charge is included in the fare you’re comparing. What a Supplier adds on top is disclosed before confirmation, e.g., an airline’s own card surcharge in some markets.

Airline pricing is live and changes in accordance with availability, demand, and currency rates. Fares are subject to change and are not guaranteed until confirmed, so a seat that is being sold at one price level in the search process may have been sold/decreased from that price by the time you get to checkout. If this occurs, we let you know the current fare before accepting payment.

Moveezo is a booking site. We are in touch with independent airlines that fly the indicated route, and we generate your ticket. The conditions of carriage, baggage policy, and fare rules of the operating airline will apply to your air flight bookings, in addition to our Terms.

Booking is only confirmed when you have received a confirmation email or Moveezo booking reference number or confirmation from the airline. In the meantime, assume that the reservation is in the process of being confirmed. Availability of Suppliers is a factor in some bookings, which are not guaranteed until confirmed by the airline. Make sure that the e-mail address and telephone number provided with your booking are accurate for receipt of the confirmation and travel information.

E-tickets will typically be issued and sent by e-mail within minutes of payment clearance. Some of the fares must be issued manually by the airline, which takes longer. If you don’t receive your ticket, check your spam folder first, then get in touch with our Support Team with your booking reference.

The amount of baggage an airline allows is determined by the type of ticket purchased. Some fares cover a checked bag while other fares cover hand luggage. The entire allowance for the specific fare you are viewing is displayed before confirming, and additional bags will cost extra.

Yes. All passenger names must correspond with the transport document that they will be travelling on exactly as it is written on the document. Changes may not be possible after you’ve booked your flight, and if they are, you typically will have to pay a fee. Spelling is the most frequent and most expensive booking mistake; double-check the spelling on each passenger before confirming.

Yes, as long as the traveller permits you and agrees to our Terms. All use of your account, including the booking of other passengers, is your responsibility, and the information you provide on their behalf must be accurate.

Our third-party payment partners process payments over an encrypted connection. Some regions have different accepted methods; they are displayed after checkout.

If it’s convenient, prices may be shown in your currency. The currency used will be what you are actually charged for, not what you would like to be charged. Your Bank may use its own conversion rate or foreign transaction fee, the latter of which is not controlled by us, if your card is charged in a currency different from the currency in which you bank.

Full payment card numbers are never stored on Moveezo servers but rather in secure 3rd party processors. Information is sent through encrypted connections using HTTPS and TLS and can only be accessed internally with restricted controls. While no system is 100% secure, these are the precautions taken.

It depends on the airline and the fare type you have chosen. Some fares require payment and cannot be cancelled, or there may be a change fee, and others give the option to cancel the fare free of charge within a specific period. There are conditions that apply to the offer that are listed before you confirm. If flexibility is an important factor to you, you should check these. To make a change, use the link in your confirmation email or contact our support team.

If a refund is required, then it will be returned to the original payment method. The processing time will be determined by the airline’s refund processing time and your bank or card issuer, and may take several business days after the refund is released until the money is available on your statement.

If a flight is cancelled or delayed or changes in the flight schedule, Moveezo will not be liable for such changes, but will assist you in understanding your options and help you take steps to seek remedy from the airline, in accordance with their policies and applicable law. Where you are travelling from and what route you take may also attract statutory passenger rights.

Countries of origin and destination and transit regions will have different passport validation, visa requirements, and/or transit rules, which you are responsible for checking prior to booking. Conditions vary from country to country, and may fluctuate from time to time; check with the embassy, consulate, or official government publication of the relevant country, and not with a third-party summary.
